Lighting - Texturing
This lighting technique of texturing the ceiling with different colors and patterns, transformed Discovery World for our Visit Milwaukee event.  Using reds, ambers, and yellows created a warm atmosphere in the foyer for the guest’s arrival.  When selecting lighting, make sure to keep in mind the layout, the amount of windows, and the timing of day as well as year.  After taking these factors into consideration, we textured the ceiling with different shapes and patterns to create the ambience that our client hoped for.

Lighting – Gobos
Gobos are a great way to place your company or event sponsors’ logos to create brand awareness.  At this Visit Milwaukee event, the client’s logo was placed on the outside of Discovery World.  Gobos can be placed in many different locations such as stairwells, walls, dance floors, ceilings, tent tops, and the outside of buildings.  Not only does this create awareness of your company, but it will also give that extra flare to the event.    

Special Effects / Decor
Here at Exciting Events, we thrive off creating new and innovative ideas in custom props and décor that we make.  When Visit Milwaukee came to us and described their Native American theme, this was a great opportunity for us to showcase our creative side.  With a custom built fire pit complete with replica bricks, wood, and fire, this custom prop completed the look to the event. 

Custom Décor / Cubes
Our colored cubes are another original décor piece to add light and dimension to any room.  They come in 6’, 8’, and 10’ heights and can be placed by entrances, on stages, or for walkways.  These cubes are a great addition to have for maximum exposure of your company logo.  Customize these cubes to match your event colors to pull the look together and create an unbelievable atmosphere.
