Video
You have spent three months creating a video to inspire and motivate your audience.  The time has come to unveil this gift to them.  As the lights dim, your guests are drawn to our 9 x 12 video screen.  Surrounded by black pipe and drape, what was once barely seen is now the centerpiece of your event.  Your audience is entranced by exactly what they should be; your video! 

We are able to provide you with the most current and up to date technology for an outdoor movie, a corporate presentation, a non profit award ceremony and more.  Having the right size screen, professional dress kit and correct amount of sound and light to go with your video presentation are all factors that our staff will take care of to make sure that moment does exactly what you want it to. 

Lighting

Decor
You walk into your ballroom and are immediately drawn to the décor throughout the room.  This same ballroom that you have been to many times before has now been transformed into a different look.  The stage has created an appealing centerpiece lined with four color columns with your logo reflected onto a centered spandex screen.  Your display table is accentuated with glowing hues of red and white shining from within.
